Contest Rules:
1. No purchase is necessary to enter. One entry per person is allowed. There will be only one winner.
2. Enter by completing the online entry form. To be eligible, your entry form must contain a valid email address. All entries must be received after 5:00 pm, EST, November 15, 2010 and by midnight, EST, November 24, 2010. All entries become the sole property of MusicToGo, LLC, dba TUNEGENIE. The prize to be awarded is a Wi-Fi enabled Apple iPad, plus various cd’s from the promoted artist, delivered by prepaid package service, to an address the winner specifies in the United States. MusicToGo, LLC is not responsible for defects in prize. Prize must be claimed within 45 days of email notification to the email address submitted on the winning official entry form. Unclaimed prize will be forfeited. Winner will be notified by email, and will be required to send a confirming email back to acknowledge they where notified to be the winner. Winner’s confirmation email must be received no later the 7 days after the winning notification email was sent by MusicToGo, LLC dba TUNEGENIE. Submitting an entry shall be deemed permission for MusicToGo, LLC dba TUNEGENIE and or its advertisers to contact you by email with contest results and other promotional material or offers.
3. By submitting an entry, an entrant represents that he has complied with all contest rules. Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. Employees of MusicToGo,LLC dba TUNEGENIE and Capitol Records and their immediate families are not eligible. Prize awarded to minors must be accepted by a parent.
5. Prize is non-transferable. Contest is void where prohibited by law. The liability with respect to this contest of MUSICTOGO, LLC dba TUNEGENIE is limited to an aggregate of $600 hereunder.
